Baton Rouge Wedding Photographer – Kenneth Wilks

You will notice there are no ceremony shots for this entry. Amy and Josh had a big elaborate wedding planned, and then life through them a major and unexpected curve ball. Amy’s father was diagnosed with terminal cancer. They got married in the hospital so Amy’s father could watch his daughter get married. Unfortunately I wasn’t informed of the quickly thrown together hospital wedding or I would have rushed to document that for her. Her father died shortly after she was married. Amy and Josh decided to slightly alter their wedding plans to turn it into a big reception and celebration of the their new life together.
